Ingredients

1 – South Wind Smoked salmon fillet
6 tablespoons – Soy sauce
½ cup – Honey
2 tablespoons – Grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons – Lemon juice
3 tablespoons – Wasabi powder
2 tablespoons – Water
Spring onion and lemon slices for garnish

Smoked salmon Sashimi

Instructions:

1. In a pan, boil soy sauce with lemon, ginger and honey until it thickens.
2. In a small bowl put together the wasabi powder with water, mixing with a spoon to form a paste. Then mix with previous sauce.
3. Cut the smoked salmon into 1 cm thick pieces, and put 2 pieces en each plate.Add the warm sauce into individual wells.
4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of spring onions.
