Ingredients

50 g – South Wind Smoked Salmon
1 loaf – Bread with sesame seeds
1 tablespoon – Mayonnaise
1 – Red onion
6 slices – Cucumber
½ lemon – Lemon Juice
3 slices – Avocado
1 tablespoon – Dijon mustard
Dill to taste

Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Instructions:

1. Cut the bread and spread mayonnaise.
2. Arrange the avocado slices, sliced South Wind Smoked Salmon and a few drops of lemon juice. Then add onion, cucumber and sprinkle with dill.
3. Serve on a plate accompanied by lettuce, arugula and red pepper (optional).
