Ingredients

For 3-4 people:

2 trays – Scallops with herbs
1 cup – Rice
1/2 cup – Almonds
1/2 bundle – Parsley
1 tray – Mushrooms (optional)

Scallops with parsley rice and almonds

Instructions:

1. Prepare white rice and set aside.
2. To peel almonds, pour in boiling water for 45 seconds, cool and peel.
3. In a frying pan (microwave optional) add scallops with herb butter and saute for 1 minute.
4. Then add rice, almonds and saute everything for 1 minute.
5. Finish with chopped parsley and sauteed mushrooms as a side dish.
