Ingredients

100 g – South Wind Salmon Carpaccio
8 – Cherry tomatoes
1 – Onion
½ cup – Black olives
1 – premade pizza base
1 cup – Arugula
2 tablespoons – Cream cheese
2 tablespoons – Olive oil
1 tablespoon – Fresh oregano
Salt and pepper

Salmon and Vegetables Focaccia

Instructions:

1. Cut tomatoes into halves, red onion into rings and mix with olives on a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
2. Above the premade pizza base, spread the cream cheese, add arugula and sprinkle all previously dressed ingredients.
3. Finally, on top of everything add the South Wind Salmon Carpaccio.

* You can use a thin crust pizza base, a baguette or toasted wheat tortillas.
