200 g South Wind Smoked Salmon
1 package – Fettuccine
2 cups – Fresh spinach
2 tablespoons – Capers
1 cup – Cream
1 cup – Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Fettuccine with Smoked Salmon and Spinach

Instructions:

1. Boil enough water with salt at your taste in a large pot.
2. Meanwhile, in a pan heat the cream and add spinach, capers and shredded South Wind Smoked Salmon. Then, add salt and pepper.
3. Finally, add the dressing over the fettuccine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
