Ingredients

100g – South Wind Tuna Carpaccio
½ – Spring onions
½ – Cucumber
1 tablespoon – Salmon Caviar
2 tablespoons – Olive oil
4 tablespoons – Lemon Juice
3 leaves – Hydroponic Lettuce
Salt and pepper

Tuna Carpaccio above cucumber slices

Instructions:

1. Cut the cucumber into slices and arrange over the plate.
2. Add the South Wind Tuna Carpaccio over the cucumber.
3. Finely chop chives and sprinkle them over the carpaccio along with the salmon caviar.
4. Season with olive oil, lemon and pepper.

* Optional: Add Parmesan cheese and serve with toasted bread.
