Ingredients

100 g – South Wind Tuna Carpaccio
½ – Avocado
½ – Mango
½ – Spring onion
½ tablespoon – Cilantro
1 teaspoon – Ginger
½ cup – Lemon juice
2 tablespoons – Olive oil
1 teaspoon – Sesame oil (optional)
½ tablespoon – Toasted sesame seeds
2 – Lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper

Tuna Carpaccio with Avocado and Mango

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with olive oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper and set aside.
2. Over a plate, place the South Wind Tuna Carpaccio and add sliced avocados.
3. Place the scallions, ginger, cilantro and mango cubes over the tuna.
4. Add the mix from the bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on it, garnish with lettuce leaves.
