400g – South Wind Sliced Smoked Salmon
50 – Crackers or small toasts
250 g – Cream cheese
50 gr – Black lumpfish caviar
¼ cup – Chives
Lemon juice to taste

Instructions:

Spread crackers or toast with cream cheese, then arrange slices of South Wind Smoked Salmon and add a few drops of lemon juice.
Give finishing touches with lumpfish caviar over salmon and garnish with chives sticks to give a touch of color and flavor.
